Fresh vegetables are always identical to bad smell. Why so? Because the vegetables themselves are easy to rot or wither out of fruits. It's storage period funds are also different from the fruits. Certainly different, although they belong to vegetarian food but still have different nature and storage ways. Let's see.

1. Sort vegetables before saving

Although new vegetables are purchased in the market or supermarket, but sometimes there are vegetable leaves that have been yellow or browned. The leaves of this yellow vegetable often we find in green vegetables such as, kale, spinach, mustard greens, white mustard etc. Dispose of the vegetable that has been yellow before it is stored. Set aside fresh vegetables to fit into the refrigerator.

2. Leave root

If green vegetables are still there, you simply wrap them with newspapers or tissue. Why so?

Because the roots are where they store the juices of their food as well as their minerals. We commonly call it plant food reserves. And, even though they are stored in the refrigerator, they will not rot if it is still in scrap paper wrap. Used paper itself function is to keep the root moisture plus neutralizing the smell of the root as long as it is stored in the refrigerator.

3. Vegetable wash

Some people certainly think of washing vegetables before being kept in the refrigerator is a thing that is wasting time. But be aware, the function of the refrigerator itself is to maintain or stabilize the condition of our food materials to be durable plus maintained quality. For it is highly advised to wash your vegetables plus fruits before being deposited plus separate the place with the vegetables that were rooted guys...

Because for vegetables that still no root needs to be washed also no problem. Make sure after washing the ingredients, must dry first newly inserted into the refrigerator yes.

4. Give a little space

Storing foodstuffs in the refrigerator must be a space between the vegetable plus one with the other, don't be stacked so one's business will be completed. THAT ISN'T TRUE!

Suppose you think, are you willing to sit down on a bus or other transportation medium? This is equally applicable to vegetables or fruit in the refrigerator. Give a little allowance for their mobility room plus air circulation in your refrigerator to keep fruits plus vegetables fresh.

5. Don't store vegetable pieces

Vegetables can be stored in a clean state will be already washed first. However, it doesn't mean that we can store vegetables that have been cut into pieces first. Vegetables that have been cut into pieces are easier to dry plus rot than vegetables stored intact. So, indeed we should keep the vegetables intact even though it was washed before.

If you want to keep it in a cut state, make sure to keep it clean, dry, plus wrapped in airtight plastic. Then you can save them into freezer, they will become Frozen Food instantly with the validity period of 3 month.

6. Organize the vegetables

The cooling cabinets have some space for where our groceries are loaded. And each space there is a separate place for organizing of material stored. Make sure you are not wrong in the layout plus layouts neatly yes...

Storing foodstuffs into the refrigerator doesn't mean the affairs of the materials are finished until there, you should still have to re-check some groceries that have been processed or expired. Because the stored foodstuffs must have a different resistance to the others.

8. Don't save in an open state

Storing any foodstuffs into the refrigerator is all to be tightly sealed or airtight. This is very important because it is directly affected by the air circulation in the refrigerator itself which determines the quality of the other materials.

Food that is open like the rest of breakfast or dinner if left open in the refrigerator will spread the smell of food itself plus contaminating food or food ingredients that are open as well as green vegetables with its roots which becomes rotten quickly. In fact, storing food open too long in the refrigerator can also cause spores that invisible to the naked eye. Very terrible isn't it?
